Reiki & Crystalline Soul Healing

Service Description

You get both REIKI & CRYSTALLINE SOUL HEALING! It's like an energetic spa day for the body & soul! BEFORE THE SESSION When you book your appointment on-line, you will be given an opportunity to provide your name, email, phone number, and a space to let me know what you would like me to focus on during your Reiki/ Crystalline Soul Healing session. I will call you at the time of your appointment to discuss your areas of focus in more detail. We will also schedule an after session time to discuss what came up. I ALWAYS suggest booking the last appointment of the evening. I like to do the Reiki / Crystalline Soul Healing at night when you are sleeping for deeper healing and relaxation. (Plus, this way if the healing takes more than an hour, I am not stopping the session short and I can just keep working- no extra charge, it really is about you getting what you need). I'll ask you to text me before you go to bed and give me permission to start the session by stating: “I now release all that is blocking my highest good. I activate and understand all that I need to move forward on my path with grace and ease.” ​ DURING THE SESSION I will scan your body and focus on the areas that you highlighted in your notes. I will also spend extra time on any area that needs additional healing (chakras, layers of the body, and any other energy centers). If intuitively guided, I may also use crystals, essential oils, sound, light language, tarot cards, and/or other supportive tools during your session. If you happen to be awake (and the following day) just take note of what you notice. You may notice physical sensations (like tingling or buzzing), psychic senses (like seeing colors), thoughts or emotions may arise. Just relax and observe. It’s also fine if you don’t notice anything, your Higher Self will create the perfect healing for you at this time. ​ AFTER THE SESSION I'll call you at the time we designated with feedback (this is often the next day or two to allow for integration). I'll also send photos of any healing tools used and provide any guidance or intuitive information that arises. Remember we are moving, clearing, and activating A LOT of energy-even if it doesn't feel like it. So, please be gentle with yourself (i.e., listen to your body, drink lots of water, eat fresh foods, nap when needed, etc...)
