-  By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the booking Terms & Conditions.

 

- Please note that prices include tax. If you pay with VENMO @Shannon-Kobes, Zelle shannon@indigo-intuition.com, or Cash App $ShannonKobes AND when you send it via friends/ family/ donation when making the transaction- you save 10%! Choose "pay in person" or "offline payment"  when checking out.

 

-  All appointments are Pacific Standard Time. 

 

-  If I only have a few spots available and these times do not work, please contact me. I may be able to accommodate your availability.  For Emergency Readings & Healings, same day or weekends outside of listed availability, the fee will be doubled. Please contact me before booking to confirm availability; you can pay for emergency sessions HERE.

- If you want a gift certificate, you can do so HERE.

 

-  I value and protect your energy as if it were my own. I am not an energetic peeping tom and will not do an Akashic Record Reading/ send Energy Healing without permission.

-  ​I want to be a clear channel for your session. As such, the day before your session, I do a personal cleanse and clearing of my own physical space. So please be mindful of this when booking. I really do care that you receive the very best reading/ healing.  

​

-  Sessions are subjective. You, others and the environment have free will and choice to change, shift, and alter the possible outcomes shared through your reading. This means nothing is set in stone.

 

-  All sessions are 100% confidential.

 

-  Energy work does not cure disease and is not intended to be the primary treatment for any health problem. Rather it is a complementary therapy meant to support other ongoing physical, mental, and emotional treatment.

-  I value your time and humbly ask that you value mine as well. Please call or text at least 24 hours prior to your session to reschedule. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment at no charge, as long as 24 hours notice is given. You may reschedule an appointment twice. After two rescheduled appointments, the ability to reschedule is forfeited.

-  If you do not show for an appointment, the ability to reschedule is forfeited.

 

-  All appointments are non-refundable.
